                Indonesian Deputy Ambassador, Sonarco Soweto, has urged the businessmen of eastern region to attend the annual economic program: (INDONESIA-MIDDLE EAST UPDATE), which will be held in Gorontalo province from October 9 to 11, 2016 m, with the aim of promoting for investment and business opportunities and tourism in different regions of Indonesia, also he urged the participants to participate in the annual Indonesian trade exhibition Trade Expo Indonesia 2016 which will be held in Jakarta from 12 to 16 October 2016.

        This was during the meeting, that gathered him and the Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Alwabel in the main headquarters, talking in the meeting about increasing the business interactions of the private sector in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Soweto confirmed that some economic sectors in Indonesia represent an attractive opportunity for investment, noting that Indonesia has become a focus of world attention as one of the large emerging countries in the global economy.

        He said there were extended relations and historical ties shared with Saudi Arabia, Besides economy and trade relations and human resources that are growing day after day, there are relationships with special dimensions, being of one religious belief.

        For his part, Abdulrahman Alwabel,stressed that the Chamber is always  keen to have a role in consolidating the bonds of economic relations between the Kingdom and all countries of the world, pointing the extent of the expansion witnessed in the current period in the amount of investment activities between the Kingdom and Indonesia, pointing that Hosting a business delegation from Indonesia has been discussed during the current year.
